Our authentic tarts are made from scratch in small batches using our favorite recipes from across Italy, each a tradition in their region. You'll find flavors that are perfectly balanced, and never overly sweet.

Most of our tarts start with a buttery shortbread crust — our signature recipe that we've perfected over time — that is rolled out by hand and then filled with flavorful ingredients like fruit preserves, lemon and dark chocolate.

 These tarts are wonderful for dessert, of course, but they also hit the spot at breakfast and as a snack alongside coffee and tea.

Our tarts are sold whole and in individual slices at farmers' markets, grocery stores and other shops, and whole tarts can be made to order.

FRESH FRUIT TART

Underneath all of that fresh fruit lies a layer of vanilla pastry cream, making for a light, refreshing dessert held together by our signature shortbread crust.

CROSTATA

This classic tart is enjoyed throughout Italy, and its fruit filling varies by region. With a shortbread crust and lattice top, ours is filled with either apricot or raspberry fruit preserves. 

LEMON TART

Silky, souffle-like lemon filling cradled in a shortbread crust. Lighter and airier than most lemon bars, thanks to fluffy whipped egg whites. Lots of fresh lemon zest and juice give this tart a superb flavor.

Blueberry Tart

Vanilla pastry cream and organic blueberries fill this torte made with a sweet, flaky butter crust.

CAKES

These aren't your standard buttercream-frosted cakes.

From top to bottom, each layer has been given careful thought — we promise an unforgettable mingling of textures and favors. You can expect authentic Italian fillings like decadent pastry cream and mascarpone custard paired perfectly with lighter layers like spongy cake and crunchy, ethereal meringue. Premium chocolate, coffee and fruit lend pure, natural flavor.

Our cakes are perfect for a wedding down to a dinner for two, and everything in between: birthdays, holidays, dinner parties and other celebrations. Each cake is elegantly decorated to fit the mood.

MANDORLATA

 A single-layer cake loaded with almond flour and draped in dark chocolate ganache. A touch of espresso coffee is added to the batter, which intensifies the nutty and chocolatey flavors.

A light buckwheat sponge cake with vanilla Chantilly pastry cream and a thin layer of raspberry fruit preserve.

TIRAMISU

Piccoli Dolci puts its spin on this Venetian classic with homemade lady fingers, soaked in espresso and cushioned by a decadent mascarpone custard. A generous dusting of cocoa on top is the perfect finish.

MADELEINES

A soft French pastry with a delicate, spongy texture and shell shape. These two-bite treats come in vanilla and lemon flavors, and other seasonal varieties.

EASTER CAKE

A multilayered torte with a tart bottom, a vanilla cream/apricot filling and an almond sponge cake on top.

APPLE STRUDEL

Austrian inspired, filled with local apples

KRINGLE

Danish inspired, with a flaky crust and a brown sugar raspberry filling. Available only during Christmas time.

VANILLA-PEAR TORTE

Vanilla pastry cream and fresh pears fill this torte made with a sweet, flaky butter crust.
